This hotel is unique in that, apart from the excellent rooms and service, I think it would be difficult to find a place anywhere with such lovely views of a river, a harbour and scenery that is picture postcard beautiful.

Apart from the bathroom sink being a tad small and the Ghost Ship Ale not being on till Thursday night, the trip was great. Friendly staff, plenty of breakfast and great for walking the wetlands after work

Friendly welcome, easy check in, lift to first floor. Room comfortable and spacious, tea and coffee making supplies. Nice shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Fabulous view from dining room over Oulton Broad. Menu a bit limited but typical pub fare. Satisfied overall with the experience.
