"Everything was fine only down side was the kettle way mold or scuff inside apart from that everything was perfect "

"Have to use your room card to call lift on ground floor-good for security but a bit of a faff. Bedroom and bathroom were clean but note on thermostat said filter needed changing and it looked black. I didn't need towels or bed changing but think rooms could be checked to see if milk and teabags etc need topping up. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and hash browns were hot and replenished quickly unlike alot of places"

"The property itself is very nice and well maintained. I did have a small issue at check-in. I had booked a king size bed and when I got to my room I noticed I had been given a full size bed. I went to reception and they fixed the issue within ten minutes. Their showers are very slippery so I would caution people with mobility issues. "Nice location. But the fire alarm going off was an issue. Did not like the bathroom so much as it was designed for disabled folks. No bathtub just a curtain with water getting all over the bathroom."

"Clean, tidy and just what we needed for a few days away. Great place in Liverpool a stones throw from good restaurants, shopping, pubs, the docks and 15 min walk from the train station. Very quiet and hidden away which was perfect for a good nights sleep too. Would recommend and stay again. "

It improved.the room temperature control was fault, sometimes it switched off by itself for I trains. Overall it’s nice room. "
