"Staff were friendly and helpful, clean comfortable modern room. Decent breakfast and a good amount of parking (which was cheap). Convenient location for the Trafford centre and Salford. All in all, perfect for a short business trip."

"The rooms were a good size, clean and with good facilities. The bed was large and comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean, hotel staff so polite, helpful and welcoming. Parking no problem and bus service into anfield opposite hotel. Good breakfast on offer too. Definitely stay again."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The waiter who served us dinner on the evening of 22nd March was particularly helpful and very professional. The room although a little dated was of a good size. The room was clean and the house keeping ensured the room was refreshed on the 22nd March. My only concern was that a significant number of boys, possibly there due to a football event were not supervised appropriately by the adults, who were obviously responsible for them. There were occasions when they ran round the corridors, played with a football in the bar / reception area and at times the adults joined in. Breakfast was also disturbed by the sheer number of either unsupervised or poorly supervised boys by the responsible adults. I felt that the staff were put in a very difficult position, as there was very little they could do. I feel it is essential that you review your booking system so that there are sufficient adults to provide adequate supervision. Despite this however I felt that overall the stay was good value for money."
