"Cute b&b, walkable into the city centre. Nice room at the top of the building. Good WiFi. Shower was lovely plenty of toiletries. Tea making facilities and bottled water. Contactless check in went smoothly. Car park was full when we arrived late in the evening but we’d booked a parking space on a nearby drive using a parking app. Breakfasts were delicious and plenty of choice. Buffet and cooked. B&b worked very well for us. "

"We had a lovely time here. The staff are all really friendly. I brought my little dog along as its dog friendly & they gave him some treats too. Had a great nights sleep, really comfortable & quite. The breakfast was great all you xan wat for £10 well worth it. Also there is a takeaway van in the car park which sells Kebabs etc so perfect for a Chicken Shish 🐔 👌 "

"Probably not everyone’s cup of tea. But I wanted a unique local experience in Bath. The property certainly delivered on that. There was a busy local pub. The breakfast was certainly one of the highlights. The room was large and the bed comfortable."

"Had a great stay, lovely service and I like smaller boutique hotels. We were in room 9 which is a basement room- no problem but we needed to have our blinds down to feel we weren’t being looked in on, not a big issue as we were out a lot of the time but that’s why 4 not 5 stars."
