"The staff was super helpful and accomodating with our check-in/ check out. Fantastic rooms and hotel ammenities. Location was perfect for us for a quick lay over in Shanghai, with many local spots around. If you’re staying for more than a couple days - it was a 10 mins Uber to closest station and 45 mins on train to city center. Overall extremely happy with everything. Airport shuttle was also easy and efficient "

Love the options of both eastern and westerns. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, only 2 minutes away from closest subway station. "

"Right on Naking pedestrian walk with pretty of restaurants and shops. Room is spaceous. Needs more thorough cleaning of bathroom grouts and minor repairs throughout the place. Beware that there are about ten steps at the hotel entrance, avoid staying here if your are disabled, difficult walking or have heavy luggage’s "

"I love how the hotel has a stylish decoration and its cleanliness. The staff were also nice though some of them may not speak English fluently. The housekeeping in my floor was truly nice, she couldn't speak english but she tried to communicate with us. We love her cleaning skills that make our room kept clean everyday. The hotel location is also convenience for taking metro especially Line 2. We will surely stay at this hotel again next time!"

It is located in a traditional Chinese alley, however, rooms are clean, spatious, and convinient. 3 min walk from subway, 3 minutes walk to Suzhou Creek, 10 min walk to Bund. A lot of food options around. From fruits to convinience stores to traditional Chinese food. Quality bedding and towels. Friendly and helpful staff"
