"The staff were very helpful, respectful, friendly and detail attentive. They were always providing the first rate service - just everyone! I am very much impressed by their eager to meet the needs of the guests. I’d like to mention Nilo in particular. When we were checking out, there was a small issue. He was so patient and helpful. He went extra ways to help, always smiling! The facility is a bit old, with places showing some wear and tear (for example, the carpets may not be the cleanest).
