We stayed at this property from Sept. 12 through Sept 16. I was very impressed. The staff was excellent and courteous, very helpful, the restaurant was excellent, for breakfast the large buffet and options was incredible. Very close to Shanghai Disney. The staff went above and beyond especially the day we were leaving, a Typhoon hit Shanghai and they have an airport shuttle bus and miraculously they got us to the airport for our flight later that day as the Typhoon left the area. Great job by the bus driver, driving under those conditions. I would definately stay here again. Thank you staff.

The shuttle service is terrible. We were told the shuttle service to the airport was not available past 6pm. We used a taxi the entire time since the hotel was not helpful. Unless you speak mandarin you will not be given much help because English is limited. All cleaning staff had big bottles of raid in their carts. You can smell it when you get into your room (which is probably why they leave the windows open). The hotel looks dated and food is not the best. Some staff did try to be helpful. I would recommend you choose another hotel if you are not a native speaker.

one of the best family experience ever. booked a room with a balcony for my little to have time to play while my wife enjoy the amenities the hotel has to offer. the breakfast offered both Chinese and Western style. bed is comfortable and transportation to Shanghai Disney was absolutely amazing. we will definitely return.

Fantastic hotel with huge rooms
Fantastic one night stop off. Very near to Disney and the hotel run a shuttle bus there and also to and from the airport which is also nearby. The rooms are huge with everything you could ever need. Would highly recommend. The bed could fit a family of four comfortably with room to spare.

Close to Disneyland, which was the main reason for selecting this hotel. Shuttle to Disneyland was frequent enough. Shuttle to train station could include earlier services as our bullet train to Beijing was at 9am and we had to catch a taxi since earliest hotel shuttle departs at 9:30am
