"My rating is not for my stay but for how they had an issue with my room. Before I arrived there was a plumbing issue in my room. When I arrived they had already found me an alternate place to stay, took care of my transfer, and made it the easiest check in possible - I am always impressed when a hotel responds professionally and quickly to an issue before the guest could even complain - well done"

"Small boutique hotel that makes you feel at home. Coffee available at all times and a Happy Hour at night made our stay more comfortable. A 20 minute walk or a short bus ride to the city centre. Would recommend without hesitation."
