"This stay was amazing, though it should be noted that Arlecchino was closed down and the hotel booking was actually for Hotel Olympia next door. This was an AMAZING hotel, the staff (specifically Maria) were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was gorgeous and had canal views out the window. Location was right by the Piazzale Roma (transit) and great restaurants with easy walking access everywhere. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was clean and helpful. They gave us a tour at no additional charge and even kept our luggage safe for us after we had checked out. The only issue I had was the hairdryer didn't work. Other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay!"

"If you like a gothic vibe this hotel is perfect for you. There is no elevator. We got a family room in the basement with a window that we can not open. However the staff were very pleasant especially the ladies who served breakfast. Free breakfast was a plus. Conveniently located near iconic spots. "

"Great value room in an excellent location. As with many Venetian hotels, it didnt have a lift so a flight or two with luggage was necessary. As I took the Alilaguna lines Blue water taxi from the airport, it was especially easy from San Zaccharia stop with only one canal crossing (with suitcase) ! Room was a good size and clean. Bed was quite hard but I slept well."
