"Do NOT look any further! This is where you should and must stay! I could write an essay on why! We traveled with our 2 children and stayed in the 3 bedroom, my kids screamed when they walked in. Elvis and EVERYONE at the front desk is amazing. Venice is magical and staying here only made it more special! The windows, the space, the people, stay here!"

"The host was great at communicating and had someone meet us at the water taxi and they walked us to the property. She also gave instructions for getting from the train station to the water taxi stop. The property was great and very homey. Everything you need is there. There is a grocery store just steps from the property. It was easy to get to the water taxi and everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this property and would stay again!"

"they place was huge alot of rooms 6 bedrooms and we were a family of 5, and it had 2 washrooms, only problem with the place no ac, one room had ac good so we all kinda slept in there, other area's were way to hot and even it rained on our trip and was cool outside but the inside was terrible, also we had 5 suitcases and omg it was a pain walking up those stairs, i wish they had an elevator its a must in europe if you have lots of luggage, but even walking up with the heat in the building its...

"We enjoyed our visit very much. A lovely property with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, nice bathroom and wonderful location. Our host representative was responsive and extremely helpful. Dorsoduro is quiet, full of great restaurants, a convenient grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Close to the vaporetto with easy access to airport and train station via water taxi. Two special amenities? Window screens and Sonos system! Just great!"

"The apartment is great and in the perfect location. Quiet area, but with a lot of shops and restaurants very nearby. Central location made getting around very easy, with plenty of waterbus stops nearby for additional travel options. Francesca was very communicative, and gave clear instructions on reaching the apartment. She walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. I will definitely stay here again when we come back. "

"This apartment was perfect for our stay - charming with a Venetian feel and all the amenities we needed. Located in a quiet part of Dorsodouro but with lots of restaurants and shops just steps away. The only traffic was the occasional gondolier going by. The owner is very responsive and the information she provides is truly impressive. We took up a lot of her recommendations. "This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!"

"The apartment was great. We had a water taxi drop us off at Campo Maria Formosa-which is 3 minutes (and 1 bridge) away. Super convenient. The location is perfect. 1 block from a grocer and the best gelato in Venice (we checked)! Rialto bridge is very close as is San Marco. Super easy to explore the city. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. 2 bathrooms!! I would definitely recommend. "

"This property does all the right things for an enjoyable stay. Check in was easy and front desk provided maps and guidance of area as well as arranged our water taxi for early morning. Bags brought to room, free water, snacks and complementary Prosecco. Bathroom nice size and beds clean and comfy. Recommend canal view. Magic of Venice. "

"Great hotel. Very central, 5 mins from San Marco, but still quite secluded. We went for the junior suite which was lovely with an amazing view of the canals usually frequented by Gondolas. Lift was a little temperamental, so 3 floors a few times a day was a bit of a shin splint, but that was literally my only gripe. Free breakfast was basic but very welcome and sets you up for the day nicely. Budget for the city tax at the end of your stay. Water taxi is pricey but worth it to get back to the airport in good time and reception are more than happy to help."
