It seems VERY difficult to contact the hotel directly from abroad. At least, now I have a business card with contact details for future use. "

"We were a group of friends for the festive party. The Village would have known how many people were booked in, yet only 2 bar staff were allocated to the bar. We had to keep leaving the room to get drinks from the main bar. Why not just put more staff on? The breakfast options were good, BUT when asked where to put some recycled items, we were told to put it in the bin. How is that eco-friendly?"

"Nice cheap stay for a last minute work booking. Big room and lovely staff. Parking is a bonus and i was able to leave my car after checkout. Needs a bit of an update but overall great value"
