Just round the corner from Russell Square tube station and some nice places to eat. It makes a great base to explore London. London is a busy city so rooms facing the main road can have some traffic’s noise (which doesn’t bother me). No individual hearing control in room so was a little warm but just opened the window! "

"I spoke with desk staff 4 times during my 10-night stay re lack of heat in my room. At first, the heating/cooling unit wouldn't even turn on. After a couple of days, it would come on but only blow cold air. Asked a third time to have the unit checked, a small, ineffective space heater was provided. Finally, a couple of days before departure, when i was asking for a late checkout, I was told that the room was already booked for the next guest. I strongly urged them not to let this room out again...
