The communication was great, boat had everything you needed for your stay and was very comfortable (even the pull out couch bed). Limehouse basin is a picturesque setting, with easy public transportation access to all of the main events of the city. Extremely quiet and original place to stay. "On first impression, the Matrix is beautiful. It has lovely gathering spaces and is in a gorgeous setting in the marina. It was peaceful and relaxing EXCEPT there was no hot water for 3 out of 5 days of our stay and no one available to fix the issue over the weekend.
