"Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The room and beds were clean only issue was down the side of the soap dispenser in shower was a bit grim. Hotel was clean and front entrance is nice. The kettle and amenities in room are handy. Location for parking is a bit of a pain but manageable. No lift if you have mobility issues. Overall it was a good stay though. Clean, quiet and. Convenient with excellent staff. "

"The decor in the room was contemporary but the cleaning had only taken place on table tops. The wardrobe was filled with thick dust leaving clean clothes dirty. The bath had two holes on the side (inside) meaning you couldn’t fill the bath tub up. The shower leaked terribly with us having to use the only towels in the room to mop up. "

"The location is great. It's right next to Glasgow Central and 5-10 minutes walk from anywhere in the center. I had hoped for an early arrival option, but i did have to wait until 3pm to check in. The room shook occasionally from either trains or vehicles gojng past. Not too bothersome though. Room was a little cramped (had to trun sideways to move betwen the desk and bed). Overall fair value for the price."
