Hotel never mentioned the shuttle service is available for picking up so we went to hotel by self. When leaving, hotel arranged shuttle service to train station and claimed hotel will pay but the driver asked us to pay since hotel didn’t give him ticket. That is terrible arrangement."

Rebecca at the desk was so helpful. She got us checked in quickly, gave us our key (a real key. You’ll understand it fits the whole vibe) and we were quickly off to walk around town.
