Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). "We had a fantastic stay in your apartment. It's well located near the Sonnega lift and Gornergrat train, is super quiet and the view of the Matterhorn is the icing on the cake. The kitchen is small but fully stocked - we never lacked a thing. Elena gave excellent suggestions, such as the Matterhorn museum. If we had more time indoors, we surely would have taken advantage of numerous games and movies available in the apartment, but there was just too much to see and do. "
