"We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting pur friend about 30 minures north. The area is in the heart of downtown Swansea city. Surrounding area is a bit noisy, bustling in the evening. The hotel interior hallways could use some updating, but could you could tell it was a very nice space in it's heyday. i appreciate that the hotel takes measures to conserve energy. "This is quite an old establishment, probably a former coaching inn. As such, it is a little old-fashioned, in need of some modernisation, but I feel that this is reflected in the price, which was very good value and included a very nice breakfast."

Our room was very nice with wood floors. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was well organized with a really lovely spacious bath/shower. We appreciated the free early baggage storage prior to check-in. Finally, the staff were very polite and helpful. "
