"Was a lovely enjoyable stay , place was spacious more than adequate and clean . The only disappointment we had was the very strong smell of smoke and weed in the corridors outside level two . The location of the apartments was superb and definitely be booking very soon Thankyou for a lovely stay "

"My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. It wasn’t nice worrying whether we were going to get a parking ticket during our two day stay. Luckily this wasn’t the case. "

Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. "The studio flat was excellent with a well equipped kitchen and it was all very clean. The "host" Kathryn was excellent at communicating with me - I had a couple of queries and she was VERY responsive and helpful."

"Everything was fine - except that it was freezing cold in the bathroom. The storage heater could have been put on for an hour or so before my arrival. As it was the room was so cold! And if I kept it on at night, the noise of the thing going on and off kept me awake. So - a little more thought could be given to how to deal with that for comfort's sake."

"We stayed for 3 nights at this property. The suite is a massive first floor space encompassing a bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom in an open plan. About three times the size of a hotel room for a similar price. The only issue we had was the toaster set off the smoke alarm on one occasion as did the kettle one time. We would easily book this again. We have previously stayed at an AQ property next door which was not as good."

"Very well equipped, clean and cosy. with stunning views from the windows. An ideal base for investigating the lovely Afan Valley. Also close enough for Mumbles, Gower and Swansea. Off road parking. Lovely garden but a lot of stairs to deal with."

"There are a few bad reviews about the condition of the hotel and I think if you are that bothered about some lime scale in the bathroom (which isn’t bad at all and the tiniest amount) some used furniture again not bad at all then it’s not the hotel for you. Even when it’s most likely in better condition than most peoples homes. It was clean, it had great facilities in the room, staff 10/10 and I can’t fault it all specially when it comes down to price. It’s in a great location and being across from the arena is 10/10 if attending an event. I would definitely stay again"

"Comfortable beds and good showers. Great location just off Queen St. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants and bars and the shopping centres. Parking available very close to the hotel with a very good discount for guests. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast with good and frienedly service."
