"We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "

"The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that each room has its own sauna. Take advantage of the restaurant for lunch or an early dinner. Managing the gondola timing is easy. And if you miss the lower gondola, there a taxis that can take you to the second stop. We had more than enough time to go to the city and make it back before the last gondola."

"This property should not even be listed in Expedia. They never wrote back to me to check the time of arrival for their "Airport Pickup" service which is included in their price. However, upon confrontation at front desk, there is no shuttle bus service that they are aware of. I rode a taxi from the airport with my own money which I explained to; they made no effort to apologize or engage in English, and simple screamed at me in Russian. The following morning a different staff very reluctantly...
