"We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo). The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2). The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street. There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. "

The breakfast buffet provided minimal options and was very limited. The absence of bidet sprays in the bathroom and the lack of a welcoming lobby area were noticeable shortcomings. Additionally, the check-in and check-out processes could be streamlined for greater efficiency. "
