Check in was quick enough, not much chat from reception staff but they explained breakfast and what was required. The lifts are good and quick too. "Everything was great. Lovely staff, goodie bag, comfortable bed, bath mat. The shower was awkward to use and bath very deep to climb out of. The bathroom needed a bit of TLC. All in all it was great and we were only there for one night. Ideal location in the city centre. "
