The host, Michelle, was absolutely fantastic, so hospitable and caring. We were flying in from Los Angeles via Miami and got stuck in Miami for 2 days because of a storm.... The only reason I took one star off for comfort was the amount of stairs (mainly taking luggage up/down these stairs). I completely understand why it’s like this, as that’s why it has such stunning views but was not prepared for that many stairs."
