"Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate...

"I would have given this a 5 star, but: 1) there was no VIP wellcome. 2) No basic cooking utensils. 3) Oven was not working. 4) Parking on site is expensive.
