"Staff in hotel were really good and freindly. Very helpful . We had a pyramid veiw room and view was fab. Room spacious enough but only had a shower in it which was ok for us. Breakfast limited as wasnt much fruits, or croissants as youd expect from continental. But overall its a great hotel in easy location from giza pyramids. Only a 5 mins walk to pyramids. "Booked this for proximity to the Grand Egyptian museum and the pyramids. Room was upgraded which was lovely, but the thing that’s got the 5 stars is how amazing all the staff were, especially Alec. Also breakfast was unbelievable, way too much for me to eat, but I took the falafels and fruit with me both days for lunch. We will be back when the GEM opened the rest of the galleries, and I would book again. The roof terrace is fab."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Khan Duidar, the service was exceptional. Islam at the front desk helped arrange a driver and tour guide for us to visit the Great Pyramids, Dahshur, Saqqara and Memphis. He made our stay so special! The food was great, the view of the pyramids from our room and the rooftop deck was spectacular! Our tour guide Abdul was exceptional. There is a grocery store next to the building which was convenient."
