"It was a pleasant stay. There were scaffolding for renovation around the hotel at the time of the stay so a cheaper price. Very clean and modern, the heating rack in the bathroom was on, although the heater beside the bed was not working. I presume was because it was against the bed and the curtains. Other than this, everything else was good."

"I stayed at the Europa for one night to attend a formal Christmas party. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they let me check in a little earlier than the 3pm check in time. I stayed in a single room on the ground floor which was clean and had everything you would expect considering the price of the room (kettle, tea, coffee, towels, USB sockets, electric heater etc). The room was warm enough but, more compact than i expected and getting ready (hair, make-up etc) without a dressing...

My Room was well aired but you could put the heater on if you wanted to,you have to put your room card into a Slot & keep it in there for all the lights to stay on & function which I thought was so easy & nice,easy access to rooms with a room card that you press onto the Handle & it straight away opens for you,none of this putting the card into a Slot & sometimes waiting for it to open. I felt the Hotel was very clean in fact...

"Overall it was good value for money. The shower needed a bit of maintenance as the hose was leaking which meant that most of the water was coming out via the leak rather than the shower head. "
