"I had my stay for 4 nights (Including NYE) and the experience was pretty good. A clean place, comfortable bed (In a 16 shared room), the external noise was unperceivable inside the room, the hostel offers some stuff for breakfast such as cereal, milk, tea, coffee, bread, and enough kitchen facilities to cook during the allowed times. "Excellent 3 star motel and good value for money. Reception staff were fantastic. The rooms are extremely large and equipped with everything you need. Small kitchenette, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and glasses and an iron and ironing board. We booked a twin room which had a double bed and a single bed. My only gripe was that the single bed is not suitable for an adult. The mattress is basic and too firm and was very uncomfortable. "The facilities are modest but they are clean and they are very conveniently located opposite West Richmond station. The staff are proactive, friendly and professional. Definitely a big plus. If you need a bed to rest in and you don't require fancy hotel style facilities, you'll be satisfied with your stay here."

"Beware - this is not a private hotel with wheelchair access. There are stairs to navigate at rhe front of the property, at the front door, plus with the ground floor. The disabled bathroom is not an accessible bathroom. The water is set to over 80 degrees, the taps are three inches wide with no spindles. "The room itself was as advertised and fine. But being by the front door it was so LOUD. Everytime someone used the door the beeping of the door lock and slamming of the door woke us up. Not to mention the loud occupants who spoke on the phone and in the hallways at 11:00pm, 2:30am , then again at 4:30am. Do not recommend "

"Well run and clean property with few signs of wear and tear despite high usage. Bathrooms were clean and air-circulation was good. Only the kitchen ficilities let things down slightly due to high usage (taps loose in their fittings, communal scouring pads need more frequent replacement - one microwave was inoperable).
