It is however an incredibly old house, which means you can hear everything - made us very aware of any noise we made - talking, walking, etc. Very glad we stayed here as was a very unique property, just something to keep in mind as felt very aware of any sounds we made. "A nice little place with a decent breakfast. The shower, like all we found in Iceland, was small. The breakfast is up a, flight of steps (not a problem for us, just an FYI) this place worked well as a base for exploration. "

The only issue we had was contacting the front desk ..they provided a phone number to contact them to let us know we had arrived but our data card wouldn't let me call it so I had to kick on our roaming services from home.
