"Good location on the west coast. Easy to explore further North on the crazy local buses from just outside the door. Inclusive package was convenient but I wouldn’t do it again. Average buffet style food but a good breakfast set us up for the day. Not having a beach wasn’t an issue for us, as you can walk up and down the coast to find your ideal spot. All beaches are public and free in Barbados."

"Upon arrival to The Sands, we were greeted by friendly staff and offered a cold welcome drink of choice with instructions for an easy and quick self check in process. As we arrived prior to check in time, our room was not quite ready, but we were offered lunch and were invited to start enjoying the many amenities available to all guests. "The staff were amazing. Gregory fixed my problems and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. The woman at the front desk, w/glasses, is just the kindess person i have met in a long time. "Our stay at the Soco was wonderful. Service was top notch and pampering. The food was outstanding. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the pool and ocean for lounging and dipping. Convenient location and staff from checkin to checkout was great - special shout out to the bar staff - Michelle, Shane, and Zach. The food service staff competent and friendly, especially Reina. "Beautiful new hotel with gorgeous gardens and pool, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant and bar. We saw turtles at the nearby beach but it was very wavy. "

"The locations of the buildings on the property were excellent. Everything faced the ocean and there as no more than a 4 or 5 minute walk between the furtherest buildings."
