"Was great from the moment we stepped into the door. The staff was warm and welcoming. They gave my son stickers and an ice cream. When we went down for breakfast the am staff was just as friendly. Breakfast both days were delicious and had a huge variety. Housekeeping came to make sure we didn’t need anything since we were staying 2 nights. I have no complaints and if I travel to Cincinnati again, I will definitely stay here again! "

"When I need to fly into Cincinnati for work, I always stay on the Kentucky side at this hotel. Very clean, has a gym to workout, staff is amazing! So many shops and restaurants on the river literally right down the street. You feel safe walking around. Great location. Easy to cross the bridge into Cincinnati. I have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed."

"Excellent room and very clean and comfortable. They also had breakfast that was good and they had a good variety of food. Only complaint is they said they cleaned every other day and they only replaced towels. No cleaning and no made up bed. No big deal to me! Would stay again"
