"Nice neighborhood and very quiet. Clean and kids loved the play in the basement. I didn't like that the grass outside wasn't cut, but the next day the landscape person, had just finished the grass when we got back from the Ark Encounter. "

"I was taken with the coolness factor of staying in a former factory, but underestimated the inconvenience of having no lobby, nowhere to sit while waiting for room, etc. No early check-in, no late check-out. The room was nice looking but freezing (probably the downside of the brick building. All in all I wish I’d stayed at a more standard hotel. "

"I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect. It was myself and my adult daughter. We both had ample space and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return someday. Todd - Florida"

Perfect location to stay for downtown events.

"The Westin was in a great location with connected parking & easy check in process. Bigger/better/lit signage directing to the check in desk would be helpful as it’s on the 2nd floor. Parking was easy, connected via elevator to the hotel. I had checked in online & received a text several hours before check in time that my room was ready. On arrival, reception was quick & friendly and gave me a card for free appetizer at the also attached McCormick & Schmick steakhouse. The steakhouse menu is also available for room service. Elevators require your keycard before entering; room on the 5th floor was secure, spacious, clean & quiet. I opted to eat dinner at Jeff Ruby’s which is just across the street. Around the block is a commuter rail stop if you’re interested in utilizing that free service to get around the downtown area. I was attending an event at Heritage Bank Arena & took an uber due to rain. The Westin is definitely in walking distance to all the riverfront venues and after the show I opted to walk back, took about 15 minutes. Also around the block is Sleepy Bee cafe which was excellent for breakfast. If I ever stay in Cincinnati again this will be my go-to hotel. Perfect location for downtown events, close to great restaurants and public transport, clean & secure with great parking. "

"This property is stellar. We have a family of 6 and finding a room suitable for us to stay together in one room is tough- their studio suite was just phenomenal. This campus is perfect. Breakfast was great(4 kids approve). Housekeeping kept our room clean and furnished multiple times a day. We were in town visiting the ark- the drive time to it and the creation museum was perfect. Excellent church nearby for our family to worship with Sunday morning. Staff helped us with our reservation shift- due to weather we had to leave a day early, and they were more than accommodating to refund us a portion of money spent. We will be back! Thank you to this entire crew!"
