The staff were honestly some of the best hotel staff that I have ever interacted with. They continuously went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Area was very safe and had easy access to many attractions.

Heat did not work in room personnel came to fix it lasted only 1 hour froze all night, dishes were dirty in cabinet had grease on 2 plates asked for another room next day and was given another room other room was better the from desk said they can give more points for my inconvenience like that would help me feel better about my stay

The staff at the hotel did an awesome job in accommodating the guest. The breakfast options were really good. The layout of the room was nice however, the mattress on the pull-out couch was very thin and uncomfortable and the fan in the bathroom did not work
