Because of delayed flight we were exhausted on arrival but our smiling host offered us an upgrade and recommended a great restaurant serving local cuisine within walking distance. So even though we had a shorter visit than planned the helpful hosts did there best to improve our stay. Highly recommend."

I asked for early check-in (even it was expensive) a couple of times days before I arrived and I never got an answer. A couple of places will deliver food but you'd otherwise need to bring with you or have a car. "The property was excellent, hospitality was top rated, no issues with checkin and checkout. Walkable distance from Bsi bus terminal. Just few bits that might need attention or improvement are The room didn't have a litter bin, there was one in the toilet but a small one.
