"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

The hotel is right in the centre and opposite pubs so it was quite noisy in the street in the evening because of nuisance idiots playing up. Amazing breakfast and because of where it is its easy to walk to all the fun of Llandudno. I was not happy with stair fire doors being propped open so closed them when I passed."

The bathroom was clean and the room itself was very cozy and spacious. We ran into car troubles on the way over, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding about us checking in after hours. Would highly recommend!"
