"We stayed at the Pullman for the Comicon and the location couldn’t have been better ( literally next to it ! The hotel is very modern and there’s a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby . We have stayed there twice now and will be back again in May . It’s also very close to the dock ( 5 minute walk ) ."

"Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! . "Had a lovely stay. Hotel is stunning. Very comfy beds. Staff wete very friendly. The spa was lovely, very clean and the staff were very friendly and i had a lovely facial. The breakfast was cooked fresh and was the best smashed avocado and egg i have ever tasted. The christmas tree in the reception check in area looked lovely. "
