I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. "Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel, nice and clean,bed was super comfy. Close to all the shops,beach and pier. My 1st time visiting Llandudno and it certainly won't be the last. Had a lovely trip to the Great Orme by land train,the highlight was seeing lot's of seal's in the water and on the beach."

"My friend and I stayed a night and it was perfect. The parking was very easy, and while I slept in, my friend thought that the breakfast that was included was great. The bathroom was clean and the room itself was very cozy and spacious. We ran into car troubles on the way over, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very understanding about us checking in after hours. Would highly recommend!"

"The honeymoon suite was big and comfortable. Very clean and staff werevery helpful. The hotel is right in the centre and opposite pubs so it was quite noisy in the street in the evening because of nuisance idiots playing up. Amazing breakfast and because of where it is its easy to walk to all the fun of Llandudno. I was not happy with stair fire doors being propped open so closed them when I passed."

"The room was clean, but the mattress needs renewing, as the springs were begining to come through, continental breakfast was good, staff were nice and attentive, needs a bit of a pint job through our and new carpets on the stairs, but was clean."

Booed this with Expedia on 21st feb It just happened that the day we booked to stay was grand national day, coincidence that they couldn’t find our booking, yes because they’d charged 3 times more for someone else to have the room with the grand national going on.. Staff couldn’t care less and even when we showed them proof of the booking they just didn’t want to know. Leaving us with nowhere to stay."

"As an over hundred year old building, I think its condition is good enough. It is closed to Liverpool Central but on a quiet street. Suitable for weekend visit. People are friendly and helpful. I can tell some of the roommate stay there for long. They are working in the hostel and interact like family. However, as there is only one public toilet, it is difficult to manage cleanness. Luckily, their shower is not bad. I put a bit lower rate on eco-friendly because the shower cannot completely...
