"Location was great for our 2 night stay in Luzern. 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast food and staff at Bacio restaurant onsite could be greatly improved. We were asked to move seats at 9am on Sunday so they could set up the afternoon service (brunch was listed to last until 11am). Sadly all the hot food was lukewarm/cold as well. "

"Check in was quick and smooth. They offer a voucher for a free drink from their bar if you opt into having your room freshened every 3rd day instead of every day. I didn't end up using my voucher, but the incentive for being slightly more eco-friendly is a nice touch that stays in line with their overarching theme. "We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws"

"Hotel and co working space eloped in one. Very creative use of small rooms, king bed very comfortable. Great location in heart of the old city, never had to walk more than 15 minutes for anything. Took bus from airport which took 22 minutes and dropped you 1/2 block away,"
