"Loved the free water and cookies every day. We stayed in the family room which was perfect. We asked for a room refrigerator which was delivered in a few hours. We had to cut our trip short due to illness and the staff went above and beyond. Would stay again and strongly recommend. "

The staff was stellar in their service and hospitality. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best we experienced on our trip! "

We even were able to check in early which was much appreciated after a long day of travel from the U.S. The staff was very friendly, the location was just a few min walk from Zurich HB which was great and only about 10-15 min walk from Old Town. I loved the eclectic vibe as well. It was a little noisy at night from the people outside but it wasn’t too bad. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location and the attic rooms are spacious and comfortable. Front door could use a new coat of paint…and since that is the first thing you see when we arriving, and first impressions mean something, it would be nice if those kind of maintenance items were taken care of; same goes for the mildew found on the shower ceiling and tiles in our room. Overall we love this place and have stayed a few times and are happy to call the Helvetia home when we are in Zurich. But, the property does need...
