"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my room/apartment was spotless, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the kitchen staff and felt compelled to share my concerns. While sitting at the bar, I had a clear view into the kitchen, which had no door separating it from the dining area. I observed two young women plating food. "Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."
