"Incredibly friendlt staff, spotless rooms abs excellent breakfast."

"Location was great for our 2 night stay in Luzern. 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast food and staff at Bacio restaurant onsite could be greatly improved. We were asked to move seats at 9am on Sunday so they could set up the afternoon service (brunch was listed to last until 11am). Sadly all the hot food was lukewarm/cold as well. "

"We were welcomed and checked in warmly by reception. We had also pre-registered online by the welcome email from Hotel Baren. Their staff went the extra mile to provide extra latex pillow and fixed the safe locking error when requested. We booked the Comfort room which faces the back of the surrounding buildings but we figured the view is likely to be due to the different sizes of the room. "I was put in the wrong room originally but they were able to move me to the room I originally booked. Staff were always pleasant. They do speak English which is good. Also they provided a transportation pass for the train and bus to get around which came in handy. I will be back in July and plan to stay here again. "
