I have to commend the lovely receptionist who could not be more helpful. But the biggest acelade has to be given to the cleaner. "Stayed in a twin room in the annexe (which is actually another hotel!) on the second floor - no lift so wouldn’t recommend if you have heavy suitcases or mobility issues. You need to leave the annexe to go and have breakfast in The Judd Hotel (across the road). Breakfast had a good selection of cereals; hot food; cheese; pastries and fruit.
