"This was our first hotel in Japan. We we were welcomed with the utmost respect and kindness. Tanikawa San was super nice and always helpful. He answered all of our questions always with a smile on his face, and if he did not know how to say it in English, he would use his phone interpreter, which made our communication easy. "Mycube is a clean, safe space for a cheap price. It has a warm ambience, nice accommodating staff. It was a safe space for my 12 year old granddaughter. She enjoyed the collection of anime books. The community room is nicely decorated as a lounge/ reading room supplied with comfortable lounge chairs. I would definitely stay here again. "
