The shuttle service was punctual, reliable, and frequent, which made getting around very easy. The hotel truly takes its shuttle service seriously, ensuring guests' convenience and comfort. "The onsen is very nice, and the breakfast at the restaurant is a huge buffet of meny choices. Free shuttles daily to Narita mall and JR station. Overall I was very happy. I extended my stay an extra day and the staff accommodated my request easily."
