"We got to the hotel much earlier than the usual check in time, but were pleasantly surprised to find out that our room was ready for us, so we were able to check in at 10 am. This was great because my husband wasn't feeling well, and was able to get much needed rest prior to our very early flight the following morning. The bed was very comfortable and my husband slept through the night. "

"The check in was good but the shuttle service, took 45 minutes to pick us up. It was because the dispatch gave the driver the wrong info. Saw the shuttle bus drove by the pick up area without stopping. Took him 20 min. to come around. "

"They were very flexible in allowing me to check in early and check out late without any issues. The bed was comfortable enough although had no comforter on it. The tub was the drawback, as it looked run down and a bit dirty. But not enough for me to complain. "

"The only down fall was the restrooms had no locks on them they’re sliding doors and not really any privacy if u go with friends but everything else was pretty good McDonalds right next door didn’t even see a homeless near by "

"Very close to Union Station. Old hotel, in need of repair, but they seem to be working on it. Some oddities, like toilet paper roll weirdly mounted. Light switches not conveniently located. Sure has excellent location."

"Competent renovation. Awkward negotiations with desk clerk -inadequate authority for decisions. Breakfast "open" but de-contented: No 2/2, waffle maker inoperable. Room lighting minimal."
