"Brent was brilliant. I was travelling from Australia with my two daughter and it was their first time in LA. Brent was handling the Hyatt members and he was just fantastic in the way he conversed with the girls and myself. I believe a stay is made all the more memorable when you have fantastic interaction with the staff Thankyou to the Hyatt team. "

"This was a great place to stay for going to universal studios. Kudos to the transportation driver who shared how to walk to universal…. It’s actually much shorter than we thought but having directions (maybe printed) would be very helpful! without his guidance we wouldn’t have ditched the line for the ride back. Joshua is very friendly and professional, we observed him help many guests, keep him around. Thankful to the housekeeping for leaving us extra coffee when we asked. Also the TP is in an awkward spot so we just set a roll on the counter. but that’s truly nit picking because everything was pretty great. We were told the pool is heated but even in the 80 degree weather in the middle of the day, it was too cold for us to swim in. The hot tub tho thankfully helped thaw after attempting to jump in. This was a great trip overall, thank you! "
