"Overall beautiful experience. The bed is a little soft for me but I was able to sleep well. Little things like a lot of dust on the bathroom fan, witch was not working. No AC just heat, and set up too high at our arrival. Opening the window helped. Full kitchennet, just missing a rag to clean dishes. Super clean! Very well situated, and easy parking at the property. Near everything!! I already book another stay in May! "

"Unique beautiful building "

"Overall the hotel was nice and cozy to stay at. Just the shower fans was filled with dust, and there was debri falling from the ceiling in the bathroom. I thought the hotel was fair overall. Just a bit more attention to detail on that, i think its a rock solid stay."

"We loved how close the property was to many great shops and restaurants. It was very quiet and peaceful and beautifully decorated. The off-street parking was in a pretty tight garage - best for a small car. Unfortunately there was never enough hot water to use the large bath in the royal suite but we were able to shower fine. Overall we had a great time here and would stay again in the future"

"Stairs were unexpected. We arrived late and were given a room on the top floor. As older people, we had to go up 3 flights of stairs with suitcases. Then every day up and down the stairs was difficult. The room was comfortable, the beds were jammed in and not much space to move around the room — not really a 4-star. "

"Location is prime. Its close to quebec city. You arent driving more then 20 minutes to get around. The overall condition was good for the price. "
