"We had a junior suite which was large and well appointed. The hotel is huge. The staff were very kind and helpful. My only complaint was there was a strong perfume smell in the lobby the whole time we were there. Not sure if that’s always the case, but it was overpowering. That said- I’d still stay there again. It’s a beautiful old hotel in a great location to sites. "

"I had a very nice two-night stay in one of the suites. It was spacious and clean equipped with kitchen utensils. So you can cook if you get tired of dining out. My suite was pet friendly in the first floor but I haven’t heard any barking or any other noise. Staff was very polite and friendly. The location is very good and you can get to the old port tourist spots in 10 minutes walk. "

"My wife and I vacationed in Quebec City, as we never have before in our 34 years of us being together. I was nervous as I don’t speak French that well. Upon checking in at the Reception / Front Desk, after I attempted to speak French, the Reception staff spoke with me in French and switched swiftly to English. The hotel is amazing, great location for doing anything you want and is walking distance to the Old Quebec City. The restaurant and room service is superb. The hotel staff are friendly and polite. The hotel is extremely clean and we had absolutely no concerns, the Chamber Staff / House Keeping Staff were exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel and location, we definitely will be back"
