"This is a basic hotel, no frills. We stayed for 3 nights to be in town after being on Playa Negra for 3 nights. Beds and bathroom are basic but suffice. Hot water is questionable, but honestly a nice cool shower after sweating all fay is fine by me. Breakfast was adequate, check in was smooth. Other reviewers noted the lack of tv (we had room 8, a king bed with balcony) but we didn't even use the tv in the beachfront hotel, so not a big deal to us. Wifi was stable. "Just across the street from the ocean and beach, a beautiful, secluded property. Each room/cabins has private outdoor space. Our quad room had great mini kitchen type amenities. Ocean waves, sloths, parrots, toucans, iguanas, tree frogs and CONSTANT agoutis running around! A little paradise. The owners are very helpful. Our only complaint is that it was a bit of a walk from town for our six year old’s legs, but we knew that up front so the property can’t be faulted for that. Just lovely in every...
