"Jonathan was the desk clerk when I checked in and there was an issue with a double booking. He suggest I contact Expedia which I did and Jonathan and Expedia was able to correct the issue. Jonathan was very kind and helpful through out the entire process."

"The hotel room was clean and area was calm. The parking is limited to a first come basis, but i never had an issue finding a parking spot. The check in and check out process was easy and the staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast had many good options for me and my nephew to choose from. And house keeping did an amazing job. It wasnt too far from universal studios and disneyland. Will stay here again when i am in the area."

"I loved the place , but when I extended my stay by one night . The black make receptionist was short and rude . He did not have good customer service skills. That’s the only negative thing to say. I really liked the old building and style."
