"While I don't enjoy staying in a room with other people who are almost always loud and inconsiderate with lights, I almost always stay here on every visit to Los Angeles bc its clean, elegant & the staff couldn't be nicer. The lobby is a royal palace, the rooftop is paradise. One time I made a booking and they canceled it for me which violates policies so I. Feel a sense of gratefulness to them in addition to all of the above"

"The only negative thing i would say about this place is the Elevator. The Elevator is bang up pretty bad. the light display doesnt work. but overall the elevator did its job."
