"Staff was great, helpful, and friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that one elevator was out of service making the wait times for the elevator long. I used the washer and dryer and the change machine was not working making it hard to get quarters. The front desk staff was very helpful on getting me as much quarters as possible and accommodating the situation. "
